‱ If permission is NOT provided, the information CANNOT be shared.

‱ Immediately contact the GMH Legal Department for further guidance.

✅ If another company (landlord, property management, etc.) requests rental history, the resident must provide written permission to share their information.

✅ Accepted forms of permission:

‱ Email from the resident’s email address on file.

‱ Signed letter from the resident.

✅ If the requesting company provides a rental verification form with a resident’s signature, the form MUST:

‱ Be sent by the resident directly OR

‱ Be supplemented with written permission from the resident.
